Uttos is software delivered over the internet. There is nothing to ship, and no delivery charge is ever payable.
When you get access
- Free trial — immediately on sign-up. No card, no payment, no wait.
- Paid plan — immediately once Razorpay confirms your payment, normally within seconds. Your plan is active on the same login you already use.
Where it is delivered
To your account at https://app.uttos.in, reachable from any phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Nothing is posted, couriered or emailed as a package.
If access does not appear
If your payment succeeded but your plan has not activated, write to support@uttos.in or call +91 84528 69224 (Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST) with the payment date and transaction ID. We will activate it, and if we cannot, we will refund that payment in full — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
